- Good luck with that, Ganna. Cipressa won't work for you, but if Pog and MVDP crash out early and you have two teammates who can spring a surprise attack with you in an unexpected location, maybe.
- Agreed on all points. MVDP is the defending champ. Everyone is his rival not the other way around.
- Like I mentioned in another article similar to this one, only 2 other riders from the top 25 GC riders (according to PCS) were at the start line on Sunday: Carlos Rodriguez and Kevin Vauquelin. The term "stunned by dominance" has meaning only when there's actual competition, which wasn't the case here.
- De Cauwer is super anti Jonas anyway. Given everything that Horner gets, I'm surprised this chap doesn't get worse- he deserves it. He "Ring Trine's door on that weekend and she'll say he can't go out all week" - Any Tom, Dick or Harry like Mou can say that but a 'respected' analyst can't. It's not proper.
- Attack on the flat, around one of the corners to catch them by surprise
- How? The only climb before that is Cipressa. They attacked there last year. There's no way he can drop those aliens there. I don't see how he can go solo unless the favourites get into some incidents.
- He seems to be a very generous young man, and tbh if you're fine with his career being bankrolled by a petro-state with a dodgy human rights record, but suddenly have an issue with one of his many other sponsorships - then I guess "that's a you problem". Sure, sportswashing and all that ain't great - but Pog seems to give a lot back to grassroots organizations so who is to say what is and isn't worth caring about.
- You're right, Santiago. And maybe he also wants to capture the victory number 100 (he's very close).
- Doper Horner and his 20/20 race hindsight is still pure rubbish. He's just a 'wannabe be' ex-pro rider who's hanging on to his 2 minutes of fame.
- WVA again???
Why is he on this list?
