- I think Hincapie can be a good candidate for a new US setup - I hope it works out for the longer run. Lance isn't allowed an official role in cycling, but who knows, he might ride in the back seat of Hincapie's car, behind darkly-tinted windows, helping out. I'm not quite sure if I have my tongue in my cheek.

- i would just LOVE to see mathieu show up at the tour feeling aggressive and ambitious. he hasn’t been in that mode since his very first TDF appearance in 2021. the first ten-ish stages have a bunch of favorable profiles, so let’s GET AFTER IT, MATHIEU!!!
- Agreed, Although Almeida is fantastic rider who keeps getting better he has not earned a ranking above Remco
- He shone really well in 1 tour and he's incredible as a super domestique. Goes better when not riding with MvdP in the pack
