Although the road World Tour season is already almost here, the cyclocross campaign still has much left to offer. On the 19th of January, the World Cup Benidorm is on the programme, with Belgium sending a number of stars to the Spanish coast.
Headlining the Belgian contingent selected by national coach Angelo De Clercq to participate in the tenth round of the World Cup are Team Visma | Lease a Bike superstar Wout van Aert and Baloise Glowi Lions' European and newly crowned Belgian champion, Thibau Nys. Also heading to Spain are the likes of Eli Iserbyt, Michael Vanthourenhout, Laurens Sweeck, Niels Vandeputte, Emiel Verstrynge and Joran Wyseure among others.
