Video: Rider fixes dislocated finger at Cyclocross World Championships

Today's World Championships saw a massive battle for the win and the podium, however spectacle was not only present at the front. One of the riders present in the men's Elite race Michael van den Ham crashed and dislocated a finger but fixed it on the spot.

The incident took place right at the start of the race in the first lap. The Canadian rider crashed and looked injured, but TV footage briefly showed him treating the injury himself. Spectacularly, he continued in the race and managed to overtake some riders before riding into 33rd position.
