Ceylin del Carmen Alvarado has triumphed in a brutally muddy Superprestige Niel Jaarmarktcross. The Alpecin-Deceuninck rider putting in a dominant performance.
In the absence of this year's world leader Fem van Empel, the chance was there for the others to take a big win. As has been the case previously this campaign, in van Empel's absence, her Dutch compatriot Ceylin del Carmen Alvarado sparkles.
A clear winner, Alvarado finished over a minute ahead of second-placed Aniek van Alphen and third-placed Annemarie Worst.
