In his first race of the 2024 season, Remco Evenepoel wasn't wasting anytime easing back into things. With 55km still to go at the Figueira Champions Classic in Portugal, the Soudal - Quick-Step has launched his attack.
With the peloton all together, the race was waiting for that spark that would ignite the finale and to no ones surprise it was Evenepoel who lit it up. Launching a blistering attack, the Belgian showed no signs of rustiness in riding clear. Can he keep it going to the line?
