At the Etoile de Besseges on Thursday, Van Rysel - Roubaix's Maximilien Juillard breakaway attempt almost came to a harsh end before the Frenchman mimicked Lance Armstrong to save himself.
Bringing back memories of the iconic Tour de France scenes of yesteryear, Juillard was forced off-road a la Armstrong in his battle at the 2003 Tour. Thankfully, at Etoile de Besseges there were no horrific crashes such as Joseba Beloki's at the incident 21 years ago.
