After starting the 2025 season in some of his best form in years, Egan Bernal was harshly taken out of action once again last weekend after breaking his collarbone in a nasty crash at the Clásica Jaén Paraiso Interior.
In a recently revealed fan's eye view from the crash, you can really just how hard the Colombian thumps into the road after sliding out on the gravelly surface. After seeing Bernal, in the white Colombian national champion's jersey slide, an INEOS Grenadiers teammates touches the breaks, forcing him too down to the deck hard. Whilst the second INEOS rider is up quickly and checking on Bernal, it's notable how the Colombian former Tour de France winner is slow to get up, clearly in pain.
