Groupama-FDJ have become the second team, after the Uno-X Pro Cycling Team to officially announce their full lineup for the upcoming
Tour de France.
As expected, Arnaud Demare is the most notable absentee for the team. Instead, the French-based squad will take on their home Grand Tour with an eye towards the general classification with
David Gaudu and the opportunity of stage wins through the likes of
Valentin Madouas, Stefan Kung and
Thibaut Pinot.
Pinot is taking part in the final Tour de France of his career and will no doubt be keen to continue the positive momentum built up by his impressive Giro d'Italia that saw him win the King of the Mountains and finish 5th in the general classification. The remaining riders set to embark on the Tour de France for Groupama-FDJ are
Quentin Pacher, Olivier Le Gac, Lars van den Berg and
Kevin Geniets.
