Profile. On the 1st day of April the peloton in Spain take on the GP Miguel Indurain. Frequently a preparation race for Itzulia Basque Country, the hilly classic provides another opportunity for the climbers and puncheurs to take a reputable win.
3500 meters of climbing in what is a race that suits several riders. Full of climbing from start to finish, the riders roll over 203 kilometers in tricky roads packed with roller-coaster. Although the decisive attacks can happen earlier, however the final kilometers see three climbs. 3,8Km at 5.5%, 1.6Km at 4.6% and 600 meters at 10% before the downhill finale into Estella.
