Nils Politt leads BORA-hansgrohe for Paris-Roubaix 2023

BORA-hansgrohe has announced the names of the cyclists who will be competing in the Paris-Roubaix, with the team banking on Nils Politt to improve on his 2019 silver medal and clinch the top spot this time around.

The German rider's 2019 performance saw him narrowly miss out on the top spot, coming second to Philippe Gilbert and taking a spot on the podium. Despite failing to complete the race in 2021 and finishing 22nd in the previous season, his experience on the course and strong form this season suggests that he could come out on top and win the gold medal.

While aiming to assist his teammate, Jordi Meeus, who placed 14th in the previous edition, will also be seeking his own chances to excel in the event. Patrick Gamper, on the other hand, will be making his first-ever appearance in the race, other riders include Shane Archbold, Marco Haller, Ryan Mullen, and Jonas Koch.
