Jury & Fines. The Tour de France has had it's first day in the mountains today in Laruns, the first real mountains saw big differences on the road with Jai Hindley and Jonas Vingegaard has assaulted the overall classification.
The jury has taken the following decisions on stage 5:

Ben O'Connor (AG2R Citroën Team): Urinating in public. 200CHF fine.
Intermarché - Circus - Wanty DS Steven de Neef. Unidentified riders getting rid of waste outside designated area. 500CHF fine.
Bahrain - Victorious DS Xavier Florencio: Opening car door just before passage of riders. 500CHF fine.
Team Jayco AlUla DS Mathew Hayman: Non-compliance with marshals' instructions. 200CHF fine.
BORA - hansgrohe DS Rolf Aldag: Non-compliance with marshals' instructions. 200CHF fine.
