Isaac del Toro wins third stage in a row at Tour of Austria and takes over race lead

Isaac del Toro has resumed his racing calendar at the Tour of Austria after his Giro d'Italia breakthrough and here is a level below everyone else. The Mexican rider is the new leader of the overall classification as he won his third consecutive stage; with UAE Team Emirates - XRG winning four out of four stages thus far.

The former race leader Felix Grossschartner was put in difficulty on the queen stage of the race into Kühtai but UAE was never truly put under pressure. Rafal Majka did a formidable job to keep Isaac del Toro always in pole position to take over the race lead, and only Archie Ryan could even keep up with the UAE duo. However in the final sprint there was no matching the youngster who comfortably took the stage win and the race lead.
