Cycling expert Daniel Benson once again managed to deliver shocking news. According to Benson,
Egan Bernal is on
Ineos Grenadiers' shortlist for Vuelta a España. This would be the Colombians second participation in Spanish grand tour.
Bernal's last start at La Vuelta came in 2021, in his last "healthy" season, during which he conquered Giro d'Italia or came 3rd at demanding Strade Bianche. Two years ago, the then 24-year old climber concluded the race in 6th overall after a great race which saw him in contention for podium until chaotic penultimate medium mountain saw him lose one position to then his teammate Adam Yates.
