Cycling Market: Oscar Rodriguez could be close to leaving Movistar Team. The rider from Navarre, who has ridden these last two seasons with the team, has not had much luck. At 28 years old, according to Marca, he could end up with his namesake Carlos Rodriguez in INEOS Grenadiers;
