Annemiek van Vleuten to lead Movistar in Tour de Romandie Feminin

Team Movistar is ready to end the season as the team prepares for the final women’s WorldTour race. The team has revealed its lineup for the Tour de Romandie Feminin. The team will be led by Tour de France Femmes winner and World Champion Annemiek van Vleuten.
Much like Tour de France Femmes, Tour de Romandie Feminin is also being held for the first time for women. Van Vleuten has been enjoying an exceptionally well season with victories in all three grand tours and World Championships.

The team has built the team around her and focused on climbers since all three stage features some harsh climbs with a very small window for sprinters. Arlenis Sierra, along with Sheyla Gutiérrez, Jelena Erić and Sara Martín, will be there to provide support to her and defend her from attacks.
