Aaron Gate claims New Zealand National Championship win for 2024, Corbin Strong and Laurence Pithie complete the podium

Aaron Gate has taken one of the biggest wins of his career to date, adding the New Zealand road race national title to his two national time-trial titles of the past.
Gate, who joined Burgos-BH from Bolton Equities Black Spoke over the off-season, triumphed in TImaru over some of the biggest Kiwi names in the peloton. Completing the podium behind Gate, was Israel - Premier Tech's Corbin Strong in second and one of the stars of the 2024 season to date, Groupama - FDJ's Laurence Pithie.
