Yes.I am a strong advocate of people taking courses in anatomy physiology and chemistry of the human body so they know how how there bodies work and the harm that happens when lack of exercise and preservatives enter the cells.

Definitely, most of us don’t even know half the main ingredients in food we buy, let alone the trace amounts (often not even listed) added to specialised products. I rarely take any form of medicine but once had to about a week before a race (10km run), it took between 1:00-1:30 off my best time.

Hey Poogbom! Great question! The team was called "Israel Premier Tech". There's a country in the middle east called "Israel". Some people have made the leap to think those things might be connected. Glad I could help 👍

Sooo….a rider with great numbers in virtual indoor racing couldn’t get results on the road because the team was too controlling? Here’s another idea: getting results on the road is much more than “great numbers” on a turbo trainer…
