So what we have here is a rider who temporarily moved moved the tiniest amount outside of the supposed healthy range of BMI from 18.5 to 25. A lot of gnashing of teeth that detracts from her actual amazing athletic achievement.mobk15-08-2025

Which is too bad since we need more interest and support for women’s cycling. Something in the terms and conditions must not sit well with the teams. - It's really no wonder why so many people take issue with the UCI. Instead of working together with riders and teams, they instead work against them in an acts of petty control and punishment, and they only seem to be getting worse by the day. They could be doing so much to promote cycling, but instead resort to ridiculous stunts like this that only serve to make them look like bumbling fools.
