Belgian Cycling has revealed the team for the Val di Sole
World Cup.
Laurens Sweeck and
Eli Iserbyt will lead the team in the absence of
Wout van Aert.
Since Van Aert is in Spain with Jumbo-Visma for a training camp, he will not be able to attend Val di Sole. Eli Iserbyt has not been able to get into the top rankings in the last few races, but he is, without a doubt, a sure competitor for Val di Sole. Sweeck, on the other hand, is constantly trying to challenge the big three. He won silver in Dublin last weekend.
In Women Sanne Cant and Marion Norbert-Riberolle will be skipping the World Cup. This gives Alicia Franck and Laura Verdonschot a chance to show off their performances. Kiona Crabbé Fleur Moors, Jinse Peeters, and Xaydee Van Sinaey complete the squad.
