Tormans CX and Intermarche fail to reach agreement, split in 2023

According to Het Nieuwsblad, Intermarché-Wanty-Gobert and Tormans CX won't continue their partnership. Negotiations between the two parties failed.

Last season Tormans was planning to join Soudal-Quick Step but couldn’t reach an agreement. Entrepreneur Jan Tormans decided to continue the partnership with Intermarché. But now the latest reports say otherwise. According to the latest reports, the two parties were nearing a deal on a new three-year contract, but negotiations have stalled. Tormans won’t be sponsoring any other team this season.

Intermarché will continue its cyclocross plans for this season. Corné van Kessel and Quinten Hermans will continue to strive for more victories until the end of this year aswell as Kevin Kuhn. Luxembourg talent Marie Schreiber is also under contract with the team.
