VIDEO: Furious Arnaud De Lie rages at team car after Le Samyn crash

One of the pre-race favourites for the 2024 Le Samyn, Arnaud De Lie was unable to live up to the billing after an untimely crash.
The Belgian of Lotto Dstny was right in the mix but firstly dropped out of the peloton due to a puncture, but then after a bike change, De Lie was on the deck moments later as his front wheel slipped out. Absolutely furious, De Lie was seen raging at his team car in the aftermath.

It was himself that crashed, they had to stop as the road ahead was blocked by other stopping cars and he hadn’t noticed in time so reacted badly in braking.
He gave a really pathetic argument after the race not even interested in whether the stopping cars had legitimate reasons for doing so (and the media, always content to only tell half a story (and usually forgetting about reporting the rest once people start moving on) in their need for attracting readers, left it at that.
It was not because he was shouting to his people that it means he was accusing them of being responsible.
All he said to the guys in his car was, what am I doing in such a shitty race?
Reading the Spanish with the video would already have helped put things into context.
