Tour de France Femmes 2026 Classifications Update Stage 2 - Lorena Wiebes opens 16-second advantage over Demi Vollering as polka-dot battle tightens

The 2026 Tour de France Femmes classifications will shift across nine stages of racing, from the Grand Depart in Lausanne on 1 August to the final stage in Nice on 9 August. Across sprint stages, hilly terrain, an individual time trial and major mountain tests, each day can alter the shape of the race for the yellow jersey and the Tour’s other major classifications.
This live classifications hub is updated after each stage of the 2026 Tour de France Femmes with the latest General Classification, Points Classification, Mountains Classification and Best Young Rider standings. As the race develops, it tracks the key movements in the fights for the yellow, green, polka-dot and white jerseys.
The General Classification remains the central battle of the Tour, but the wider standings will develop their own stories across a compact and demanding route. Sprint stages can reshape the points competition, breakaways can transform the mountains classification and the white jersey fight could change quickly once the leading young riders are tested in the time trial and high mountains.
With only nine stages and four major jersey competitions to settle, there is little room to recover from lost time or missed opportunities. Bonus seconds, sprint points, mountain points, breakaway moves and decisive race incidents can all produce significant changes from one day to the next.
General Classification Standings after Stage 2
Lorena Wiebes extended her lead in the General Classification after winning again in Geneva, with the additional ten bonus seconds moving her 14 seconds clear of Kim Le Court-Pienaar and 16 ahead of Demi Vollering.
Noemi Ruegg and Elisa Longo Borghini climbed into fourth and fifth at 20 seconds, while Kasia Niewiadoma moved up three places to sixth. Marianne Vos gained seven positions after taking bonus seconds, moving to 11th at 24 seconds.
Puck Pieterse slipped four places to eighth and Anna van der Breggen dropped five positions to 18th, although both remain within 28 seconds of Wiebes.

Points Classification Standings after Stage 2
Lorena Wiebes strengthened her grip on the green jersey after taking maximum points in Geneva, moving to 111 points after two stage victories.
Elisa Balsamo climbed into second on 30 points, level with Kim Le Court-Pienaar, while Noemi Ruegg and Eline Jansen moved up to 26. Idoia Eraso slipped from third to sixth despite remaining on 25 points.

Queen of the Mountains Standings after Stage 2
Oceane Mahe narrowly retained the polka-dot jersey after Stage 2, staying on eight points despite taking no further points on the road to Geneva.
Anouska Koster climbed to second on seven points after a strong day in the breakaway, with Ema Comte third on six. Idoia Eraso slipped to fourth on five points, while Nikola Noskova remains fifth on four.

Youth Classification Standings after Stage 2
Paula Blasi retained the white jersey after Stage 2, with Isabella Holmgren and Antonia Niedermaier still level with her on time.
Malwina Mul remains fourth at 11 seconds, while Celia Gery holds fifth at 14 seconds after another aggressive ride. Zoe Backstedt and Solene Muller each moved up one place, with Linda Riedmann climbing three positions to eighth.

UAE Team L'IMAD retained the lead in the teams classification after Stage 2, with the entire top 10 unchanged.
FDJ United – SUEZ remain second at 14 seconds, while Team Visma | Lease a Bike stay third at 22 seconds. CANYON//SRAM and Lidl – Trek continue to complete the top five.
