Matteo Moschetti is Q36.5 Pro Cycling's sprint leader in the Swiss team's first Giro d'Italia participation, but they didn't wait for first sprint stage to bring first good news to the table. The 28-year-old Italian renews with team lead by Doug Ryder for two more seasons.
"I am really happy I signed this new contract," said Matteo Moschetti in a
press release. Once there was a clear interest from the team to continue with the Italian, there wasn't much more to think about for Moschetti. "In the last weeks we talked about it and it’s always a decision you have to think about well."
"To be honest I didn’t have many doubts after this start of the season. This team is a good environment for me. They have trusted me since the beginning. After my crash last year, they were there for me and gave me all the time to come back. There was no stress. They were there in the bad times and they are here in the good times."
