The Tour of Flanders organizers have revealed their wildcards for the 2025 race and amongst these are teams that host some of the big favourites for the race. We learn that the likes of Tom Pidcock and Julian Alaphilippe will certainly be present after their teams were confirmed.
With automatic wildcards we already had the teams of Israel - Premier Tech, Lotto and Uno-X Mobility. Lotto mainly is a team that will enter with big weapons in search of a strong result in riders such as Arnaud De Lie and Lennert van Eetvelt. Uno-X has former winner Alexander Kristoff but also Rasmus Tiller and Jonas Abrahamsen who can well fight for a Top10 result in the race.
Wagner Bazin WB and Team Flanders - Baloise are present as Belgium's ProTeams and the remaining two wildcards have been awarded to Tom Pidcock's Q36.5 Pro Cycling Team and also Julian Alaphilippe's Tudor Pro Cycling Team, two riders who have previously said that they would like to aim for the Flandrien classic.
