Thibaut Pinot spotted living his best life at the Dortmund vs PSG Champions League game

Clearly enjoying his retirement, Paris St Germain fan Thibaut Pinot travelled with his team to Germany on Wednesday night for their UEFA Champions League tie against Borussia Dortmund.
As the camera panned to him in the crowd during the game, the Groupama - FDJ star was spotted with a pint of beer in each hand, singing his heart out and livening up the away end at the Signal Iduna Park.
A spearhead of French cycling, Pinot's Tour de France farewell was spinetingling earlier this summer as the Frenchman was given a heroes welcome on one of his final stages after attacking from the breakaway and leading the final mountain stage of his career.
For Pinot, it was also a happy night at the football. With PSG drawing the game 1-1, the French champions did enough to secure progression to the knockout stages of the Champions League alongside their opponents.

- less than 1% of people that suffer from an accident like Pauline’s our Wouts end up hospitalized and needing surgery. the fact that either did is statistically unlikely. the fact that 2 did on the same team is every more unlikely. and the real world, including cycling teams, run on statistics. power meter, heart rate monitors - they produce statistics. and the question remains, in all the accidents that occur weekly in cycling races, how many people end up hospitalized specifically with infections?mij20-06-2026
- it is very odd to hear of 2 infections like this on the same team in subsequent years. the number of people that get infections and end up needing surgery is very small. road rash happens in almost every race, and how many riders end up hospitalized for an infection?mij20-06-2026
- I don't think the competition can step up. It very much looks like they are already at the top of their game. De Toro is looking like the real deal, but is in the same team as Pogicar. Seixes?
