Talented Italian climber Simone Roganti passed away in his home due to a sudden illness

Simone Roganti, a young Italian cyclist, died suddenly after feeling ill at home on the evening of Friday, August 30. The young athlete who only turned 21 a few days ago was one of the stand out performs at the Italian continental level and seemed to have a bright future ahead.

The alarm went off around 10:30 p.m. when the 21-year-old suddenly felt unwell. His parents immediately realized the seriousness of the situation and alerted the emergency, but the maneuvers put in place by the rescuers unfortunately did not have the desired effects. It is always sad to see a promising young athlete leave. We wish his family, friends and teammates the strength to deal with this huge loss.

Rest in Peace, Simone.
