the Commissaires’ Panel, after consulting the Organiser, take the following sporting decision:
-Take the stage times at 3 km from the finish line, and the time differences are applied to the general classification.
-The mountain points obtained during the stage are counting to the general mountain classification.
-The points obtained in the intermediate sprint of the stage are counting to the general points classification.
-Bonuses obtained during the stage are counting to the general classification by time.
-There is no stage classification and no finish line bonuses.
