"An absolutely fantastic crazy, goal achieved" - Felipe Orts reacts with pride after thrilling edition of Benidorm World Cup

After a great performance at home, Felipe Orts was rewarded with a remarkable eighth position in Sunday's Benidorm UCI World Cup event.

With a mixture of emotion and pride, the Spanish cyclocross pioneer expressed his amazement at the result achieved and his satisfaction at representing La Vila Joiosa-Neteo.

"An absolutely fantastic crazy, goal achieved and proud to do it with the colors of La Vila Joiosa - Neteo on the chest!", exclaimed Orts, beaming after his outstanding performance in the race.

The event, the second edition of the CX Benidorm, attracted the attention of cyclocross lovers and Felipe Orts did not disappoint. His eighth position was not only a significant personal achievement, but also contributed to the recognition of the new team in this high level competition.

"We have managed to make everyone flip with @benidormcx and we are part of it!!!", shared the cyclist on his social networks, highlighting the importance of this event in the international cyclocross scene in a race that ended up winning Wout van Aert and in which Mathieu van der Poel was fifth.
