Former Chelsea & Real Madrid player Eden Hazard climbs Mont Ventoux in Intermache - Wanty jersey

Having retired from professional football after an injury-hit spell with Real Madrid, could Chelsea legend Eden Hazard have a future career on two wheels?

The 33-year-old Belgian is still clearly in a reasonably good shape despite his retirement as the 2014-15 Premier League Player of the Season recently proved on Instagram. Hazard posted an image of himself to his official Instagram story, posed and ready to begin a climb of the infamous slopes of the Mont Ventoux in France.

Sporting an open zipped Intermarché - Wanty jersey, Hazard captions the image "Ready to climb." It's not the first time Hazard and Intermarché - Wanty have had contact together either. 

Hazard previously visited the team's headquarters in Belgium. "Eden Hazard starts his new career with Intermarché-Circus-Wanty," posted the team on their official social media channels alongside images of the Belgian superstar visiting and trying out bikes last year. "Eden and his brother Kylian visited our store Want You Bike and service course, they were seduced by our Cube Bikes. Welcome to the family and enjoy your new adventures guys!"
