Henrik Pedersen of Denmark has taken a stunning victory in the men's under23 road race at the European Championships ahead of Spain's Ivan Romeo and France's Paul Magnier.
18-year-old Dane, Henrik Pedersen and 20-year-old Spaniard, Ivan Abad entered the final lap of the race with around a minute's lead over a chasing group.
In the final stretch, Pedersen makde a break for it on his own and managed to hold, taking a brilliant victory and the European Championships title.
